Trade discounts apply to retail store buyers, distributors,
and exporters. Please email us at info@joshjakus.com
to request information on our wholesale prices and terms.
Proof of business (resale number, web site, etc.) will be
required.
payment options
All retail payments must be conducted through the PayPal
shopping cart. Major credit cards and other forms of payment
are accepted by PayPal, and a PayPal account is not necessary.
All purchases must be paid in full prior to shipment.
orders within the USA
Domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or Fedex
Ground. A shipping and handling charge will be added to
all orders. Though we often ship orders within three business
days, please allow 2 weeks for delivery of regular orders.
Please note: we cannot ship to P.O. boxes, a street address
is required. If an item is out of stock you will be informed
of the expected delay.
international orders
International orders will be shipped using USPS Global Priority
Mail, and will only be accepted from countries accessible
using this service. Any duty or customs imposed on international
shipments are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
tax
No sales tax is charged on the order unless it is delivered
within the State of California or sold to a California resident.
returns
For items bought at outside retail and web stores: please
contact the store and follow by their policies and instructions.
For items bought at the Josh Jakus web store: Returns of
defective products only are accepted within 10 days of receipt
of merchandise. Items being returned must be unused. Clearance
items, sale items, and special orders are not returnable.
Defective merchandise will be repaired or replaced with
the identical item, or the purchase price will be refunded.
Natural variations in the color and texture of products
made in whole or in part of natural materials, such as wool
felt, are not considered defects. Please follow all care
instructions that come with the product.
Please contact us before returning any merchandise. No returns
without authorization will be accepted. All returns are
to be shipped freight prepaid. Please allow at least fifteen
workings day to process merchandise returns. Any items shipped
as part of an exchange will not be charged additional shipping
and handling.

order cancellations
All sales are final after confirming an order with us. Any
cancellation made after the order confirmation (regardless
of whether it has shipped) will be charged a 10% cancellation
fee and any shipping charges incurred. If an item will be
out of stock for an extended period, we will allow cancellation
of an order without charge.
discrepancies in shipment
All missing items or errors from your order must be reported
to us within five business days of receipt. We are under
no obligation to ship any discrepancies after this period. |
